Nablus University Delegation Visits Northern Electricity Distribution Company to Explore Collaboration Opportunities
A delegation from Nablus University for Vocational and Technical Education, headed by University President Prof. Derar Eleyan, visited the headquarters of the Northern Electricity Distribution Company to discuss avenues for mutual collaboration.
The delegation included the Financial Director, Mr. Azmi Yassin; the Director of the Bids and Procurement Department, Mr. Saadi Awad; the Legal Advisor, Mr. Assem Qadous; and the Head of Documentation in the Building Development Department, Engineer Raafat Sabah.
The university delegation was received by the company’s General Manager, Engineer As’ad Sawalmeh, along with the Administrative Director, Mr. Ra’ef Al-Aker; Internal Audit Director, Mr. Abdul Rahim Shaheen; Public Relations and Media Director, Mr. Sultan Barham; and Bids Director, Mr. Ahmed Al-Shakhshir.
During the meeting, Prof. Eleyan expressed gratitude to the company for its fruitful cooperation with the university staff in providing logistical support for the university’s new campus in Nablus. He emphasized the importance of this support in strengthening the university's stability and facilitating its operations. He also reiterated the university's interest in expanding collaboration and fostering a stronger partnership between the two entities through future joint efforts.
For his part, Engineer Sawalmeh welcomed the university delegation and affirmed the company’s commitment to promoting genuine partnerships with all Palestinian institutions that contribute to the development and progress of the country.
